(265) so there should be room for a 283. I have no experience with your model so its only my opinion/observation that a set of standard ram horn style headers for the 283 should work. Since that year truck came with some V8's does the steering column still a problem??? I wouldn't think so.
The earlier AD style pickups definitely had a steering box issue but not sure about the Task Force that you have. | | |
