Worked on another patch panel for the rear of my LR fender today. Still need to work on the rolled edge where it curves back to the bottom of the fender.
I had attempted to weld the cracked sections back together using Oxy-Acetylene, but decided to cut it out and go with another hammer formed patch panel, because the welds looked like bird s***, even after some grinding.
