If you're talking about the triangular shaped gizmo, that's a standard welding supply magnet. Any welding supply place should have them. They're also available at Harbor Freight, http://www.harborfreight.com/4-3-4-quarter-inch-multipurpose-magnet-holder-1938.html but they have to be shipped by ground, because they supposedly screw with aircraft instrumentation unless packaged in a shielded container. So I wound up buying mine locally.
