well got it all welded up worked out fairly good. Still need to replace the roll pin's. As to the O rings if there were any there they are long gone not sure if the older non cyncro trans had them? The picture idea didn't work out I just plane forgot once I started work on the shifter. So for now it works and shifts like a 20 year old truck instead of a 70 year old one. Thanks again I'll post again maybe with pic's when everything is done.
