That's really good advice. I was wondering how I am going to do this upside down without glomming on the sealer and hoping for the best. I will clean thoroughly with lacquer thinner, then put the gaskets on the engine first, put the pan on and let the engine side sealer dry before I remove the pan again and put the pan side sealer on. Of course being careful not to tighten things too tight.
