I would second the Carter YF solution as it solved my Rochester B problem.....
A recommendation that I received from Hotrod Lincoln:
"The ABC's of carburetion- - - - -Always Buy Carter!" That was Carter's slogan for a lot of years, and it's just as true now as it was 60 years ago when I first heard it!
