OK, Everyone...how in the heck do you break those anchor pin nuts free?!? Sixty years of sitting and rusting, not to mention the 60-80 ft-lbs of torque initially applied, have made those nuts not want to budge. Can I apply limited heat without damaging the new brake shoes and springs? Or should I disassemble all of the new material and then apply heat? Or should I just use more penetrating oil and an impact wrench? Any tricks of the trade would be greatly appreciated!
