Yeah, those "Earthquake" impact wrenches could be used to start
a blown fuel dragster and they do a great job on a mower blade.

When I was a teenager, there was a go-kart track that used an air impact to start all the go-karts. They had removed the rope pulls from the engines and welded a 3/4 hex nut to the top of the shaft. They cut off the socket on the impact so it didn't seat all the way down on the nut.
