Lee, if one leaks I'd think it simply was not sealed very good and like the book calls for. I do have one from Classic in my panel and it fits good but I just can't seem to get the passenger side lower corner to lay down flat. Couple years ago when I put mine in I remember some folks having the same problem with the corner lip. Mine does not leak and I choose it simply for the fact I can't justify Steele's prices on some stuff....I'm not far from their place and have been there on a couple occasions and........ I do buy some stuff from them.
Also, as I'm sure everyone will tell you, put the glass in the rubber gasket and let it sit, or "form" itself to the glass.
The Stainless trim definitely goes in before installing the windshield/gasket. ITs a little filmsy but TAKE YOUR TIME and it will fit down in the rubber. Use something to help lubricate things as you work with it.
Its your choice and I'm sure others will chip in with their two bits.
