8k is reasonable for one built out to actually DO something. By that I mean some sort of bed and way to use it.
My 6400 was hauled over here by a really ambitious guy I found on Craigslist, who winched it up onto a 14 ft car hauler and drug it 45 or 50 miles with a half-ton pickup. Couldn't get over 30 mph without it starting to try to pass him. Kinda made for some hairy moments on the 75mph highway!
I know it was at least 7500 lb the way it had that trailer squatted down. Trailer has same suspension as mine and mine looks like that with a 65 hp Deere with a 6 ft mower, and that weighs about 7250.
