Never tried it, but it seems to match some common practice: get a Big A** C-clamp and a socket that will fit over the lug when it is fully inserted. Tap the lug in, put the socket over the threads and th clamp around the whole business. Tighten the clamp. It may help to put the lugs in the freezer the night before. If your shop isn't heated, aim some kind of space heater at the flange for a while as well. Freezing the lugs won't help if the truck is already -15C. WARNING: if your lugs stripped while trying to pull them in, make sure the clamp is the BIGGEST one that will fit in the available space!
