I used the FelPro rope gasket on my 49 216 and I couldn't get a clean cut with brand new razor blades. Ended up only doing the bottom seal as I ruined the 1st half I tried to cut....

Used the Best Gasket rope seal on the 235 I rebuilding, they cut smooth as glass and so far no leakie, course I've only got about 2 hrs on it grin
