Yup. They don't cut for *&@! It was a new Fel-Pro Gasket set that came with the rebuild. VERY fine material, but I tried razor blades, surgical scissors, wire cutters, exacto knife and nothing would allow me to have a nice clean cut. Wish I knew what the trick was.
They should make a speedi sleeve for that area. No?
