Hy Gray_Ghost, the return springs on the right side pictures are intertwined and shouldn't be, be sure the butterfly piece behind the ends of the return springs is up on the post where it belongs. The left picture shows the outer return spring is barely in place over the post and that needs to be addressed also, check the butterfly piece again. In the right photo the small blue spring is slightly compressed, it could be that the parking brake cable on that side is a bit too tight, hope that helps.
