I've got a little rust hole right under my pass side windshield that I want to fix. Ideally I would like to try to weld a patch in from the back but don't want to get that complicated right now. I plan to do a frame off on my truck one of these days and do everything right. For now I want to get it watertight and stop all the rust I can. I got pretty good working with fiberglass rebuilding and old boat a while back and am thinking about making the repair with f/g for now. Question is, should I prime with Zerorust before applying the f/g or apply to bare metal?
