I pulled the side cover over the pushrods. Who knew gm thought a 2 piece lifter was a good idea? The little cap had come off the top of the lifter and the pushrod had dropped into the lifter. Some lifters appear to have a wire clip holding the cap on top, not all but some. Problem found, thanks guys.
