I agree with buoymaker, after taking a closer look at your picture, the rocker arm was not installed properly. When you reinstall the rocker assembly, you must tighten it down evenly, a little at a time making sure that the pushrods stay in place and the assembly stays even. Once the assembly is seated (make sure all of the supports are touching the head), then torque the bolts to 20-30 ft. Lbs.

Also I also agree with Dragsix that you need you to measure the pushrods and additionally inspect them for any bent ones.
