Do you have room to paint it in pieces? Once painted, the parts take up a lot more room. You may end up with the bed in the dining room, grille in the living room, and fenders and hood in the family room.
"Next time, when it's apart I think I'll only paint what I can't get to when it's assembled. Put it together, and paint it as a whole. I could leave the bed loose and just move it back to get to back of the cab and front of the bed panel.
