I have a 66 suburban with a 292 in it. The alternator bracket that mounts on the drivers side of the block, down next to the oil pan, has 2 tabs that stick out for the alternator to mount to. The bolt fits the holes in the alternator, but the holes in the bracket are different sizes, and larger than the bolt. I assume that some kind of metal sleeve in a rubber bushing is used, but I can't find anything in the manuals or parts catalogs. Does anyone know what goes in there, and where I may find them.
