I would be inclined to readjust the valves. If they are too tight, they might start to not fully seat when up to temp and running at full pressure. If set a bit loose there will be no harm, just a bit of clicking. If the running issues is resolved then you can adjust them until the noise just goes away. It might click a bit when it is cold but the valves will fully close. If there are no intake leaks, and the carb is adjusted correctly you will be just fine. The vacuum readings you posted would indicate the valves are not fully closed when up to full temp.
