The second pic above of the patch panels had to be reworked to get the shape correct at the bottom. Had to pound out the bottom and rebend it and make the flange.
Dad, I didn't realize that you reworked the panel in pic #2. Nice work. There is a panel available from the vendors (lower half only) that is formed very close to the correct shape.
