The inner cowl panel was attached at the door frame (spot welds were under the channel for the wind lacing), the inner to outer panel which looks like it is still there. Was spot welded to the side of toe panel and along the outer lip of the floor pan where it turned down.
Looks like someone patched the floor pan also?
