I bought one of the Performance Online brackets- very similar to this one (probably the same)... Mine came with a little solid bushing that went on the bolt that attached the heim joint to the brake pedal- the bushing took exactly the needed offset to line up the pushrod & the pedal.
Worked like a charm for me.
