It hasn't been that long ago that "they" told me that they couldn't do it anymore due to privacy reasons. One thing I have found out is one DMV will tell you one thing while another will say something entirely different. Please let me know if you can actually still do this.
....oh, my father in law lives in Shalotte, just up from North Myrtle Beach. We were down there last week. I think we have several bolters in that area and maybe a GafFest is in order?
