hi again I just got a inline 6 cylinder give to me the man said it was a 265 I looked up the block casting numbers 3835911 and head casting numbers 3835913 it states a 235 mfg from 1954 and 1955 there is a big difference in cam and oil flow even water pump .the serial number on the machined surface is c216743f55s cant find any references to this block serial number .block casting numbers are con 3 L214 and gm head has con 12 A35. trying to pinpoint year mfg .all help appreciated .
