The wet/dry sounds weird. I wouldn't want to clean it out of my vacuum.
I also question running paintstripper through my paintgun.
Otherwise, you keep applying and removing with a squeegee and paper towels and stuff. This can all be bagged up. Then you pull out the power washer and clean up the residue. The runoff will be negligable.
