I can post links to images, showing the Throttle linkage arrangement in my Chevrolet 1960 P-20, if you want.
The Linkage has a fair amount to it...a Big Bracket which Bolts to the front side of the Engine, for one thing.
Two front-left Head Bolts have integral Studs coming up, for this.
If you Weld, you could fabricate a Bracket to do the same as the factory 235 Bracket did.
