I am talking divorced t/c - 205. gm(chev didn't put out a divorced 205 that I know)
right side = passenger side =r/hand drop
drivers side = l/hand drop
ihc and dodge did a divorced r/side drop
ford did a divorced l/hand drop
you can take the guts out of a l/hand drop and put them in a r/hand drop or vs , but a complete l/hand - r/hand t/c will not interchange sides
your terms are the right ones
with the divorced t/c you can put what ever trans in front of it that you want
