Brian, I'd suspect 4 cross sills needed and wood blocks probably 2 1/4" square......not sure but just from past experiences.
....but, check out the Mar-K here on the bolt. They are a sub forum in the "bed" forum. There maybe an assembly page you can find or contact Mar-K. They are nice folks, good quality and right here in the good ole USA.
