Thanks for the response. I bench bleed master. All wheels actually do hold and I can drive the truck and stop, just not confidently or with authority. Pedal to floor unless I pump them, then more stopping power. I did purchase rear drum, front disk kit. Another possibility is pads retract too far and not enough pushrods stroke to compensate. I do get caliper mounting plate flex which concerns me.
