There are two oil filter lines. Those lines should not be to a port that has water inside.
There is a post on the block between the two oil ports. That post is the pivot for the throttle rod bell-crank. If you remove that post/bolt, coolant will come out. Some blocks have holes for two different pivot-post locations - one hole gets used for the post and the other hole gets a pipe-plug.
