Thanks Curt. I've welded a lot of chrome molly so I'm familiar
with what a breeze can do to a hot weld and the necessity to
cool a weld in an alloy slowly. I'll look into that filler,
thanks for the tip. I've tig welded cast iron using a Eutectic
filler rod but it got so hard a file wouldn't touch it, had to
grind it to shape:
