The only problem I see with that orbital sander is it uses the hook and loop system for the sanding disc. Nice they can be removed and put back on ect... but they are also more costly. I looked around for quite a bit to find one that uses PSA stick on discs. I bought a Milwaukee 6021-21 orbital sander through Home Depot.
