Worked on mine for a couple weeks then one day.....bang, had it figured out and tightened in about an hour. Read the tech tip two or three times to really understand what is being ssid. Its easy to get the "hinges" and the "springs" mixed up so read slowly.
..for my .02 do not hook up the springs until the hood is set. That was the key to my problems. Once the hood was where it was suppose to sit I then hooked up the springs. What a difference.
I'm sure others will chime in. There are several threads about this. Do a search and you'll find plenty to read. | | |
