Air conditioning system for the truck has been put on hold. On December 21st, the truck was put on a body shop for painting. The body shop guy does great work. He told me the truck will be finished in about 4 or 5 months. The time frame is ok with me as I'll have the truck back in the spring. He is a full time fireman in the local Idaho town, thus the stay in the shop will be an extended stay. All the chrome trim has been removed. The box, rear fenders and running boards have been removed. The door hinges have been rebuilt and the doors aligned. The saga for the painting process continues.
