What you have on your bus bell housing is a sae bell housing.There is a thin adapter ring that bolts to the block and the bell housing bolts to the adapter ring. I'm converting my 46 COE over to this style of bell housing with a new process 5 speed tranny. If you go this route you would also need a different flywheel.
