Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 14,522 Moderator: Welcome Centre, Southern Bolters, Legion Hall | | Moderator: Welcome Centre, Southern Bolters, Legion Hall Joined: Dec 2001 Posts: 14,522 | Granny gear is First in a 4 speed tranny-- and is located by pulling lever to the left and then forward ( where you would find first gear on a 3 speed tranny).Reverse is the tricky one to find-- it should be all the way to the right (it is spring loaded and needs a strong push)then either toward the seat or toward the dash (sorry I don't remember which way but you will feel it move into gear). grandpaglenn, when you say (where you would find first gear on a 3 speed) didn't you mean to say where you would find first on a 5speed? First gear on a 3 speed is left and back to the seat..isn't it? | | |
