I left a note on the truck hoping to find out more about it. Truck looks very straight and very little rust, although the paint is worn with age. Assuming the motor turns, what would this truck generally be worth? But, as you say, that does look in very nice condition. I didn't even see any dents! And if the engine turns over freely? Even better.
My point of view. $2000, likely more.

What's It Worth? That really depends on where you are located and what you are after.
Long beds aren't as popular, from a re-sale standpoint, as a short bed.
The '60 through '62's had torsion bar front suspensions, not as popular as the '63 thru '66 coil spring suspensions.
All the above applies to resale. If you want to keep the truck, then resale may not mean much to you.
I'd say $2500 would be fair, assuming good solid body panels, floor pans, rockers and fenders/
