54, 3100, 235ci. What threaded studs should be in the manifold for the exhaust pipe. Is it 5/16 or 3/8?

Its 3/8 available in the "Dorman" selection at your better auto parts store. Theyre usually part coarse thread and part fine thread.
Just ask for a G.M. exhaust manifold stud.

Great, Thanks. I'm missing mine. It just had two bolts and nuts.

The clamps to hold the intake and exhaust to the head, is there a single style clamp on the two ends, if so I'm missing them too. All I have is a stud on the end.

The front and rear bolt has no nut nor fastener on it, It is only a guide pin.

Really!!! So the front and rear is only held on, on one side.

Is the gasket all one piece for intake and exhaust. See, I'm missing the two threaded studs for the pipe, so my thought is to remove the exhaust manifold to replace the two studs, but just wondering (haven't really taken the time review the process)if I opening a can worms. Another word do I end up removing intake and exhaust to replace the two threaded studs.
