Hey guys, Looks like I am gonna have to replace one of my front wheel spindles on my '53. My question is,are the left and right spindles different or the same? Thanks.

same both sides

and 51-53 3100 are the same

Hy twheelock, if you're asking about half ton steering knuckles yes they are both the same, 1951 to 1955 first series are all interchangeable, hope that helps

Hy guys, my Canadian parts books show p/n 3696337 for 1951 to 55 1st series, 1955 2nd to 1959 1/2 ton show p/n 3709756, hope that helps.

There may be different part numbers, but the Hollander says that 51-59 Chev and GMC 1/2 ton, except 4wd, will interchange.
