The tailshaft seal is leaking and i need to know what seal to use to fix the problem. And should i replace the bushing also. Thanks. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,094 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,094 | Just a normal rear seal, the one for the overdrive is no different.If you want to change the bushing, you will have to take the tailshaft housing off of the transmission. Put the driveshaft yoke back in and see if there is a lot of movement, if so maybe change the bushing.
