I know I have more holes than I need but would like to use the correct ones. I'm trying to find a picture showing what goes through or is bolted to what hole. Thanks | | | | | Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 775 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 775 | On page 7 of my photo bucket you can see the cab of a 46. I believe they are the same as the 42. On the drivers side there are 4 holes not stock that hold my oil filter. The rest are stock. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 1,611 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 1,611 | Gerry, I went through the same exercise a while back good luck as time makes many holes! Look at the link below. My image is from a 2/41 military which was transitional between true military specifications and civilian so most of the holes are the same for civilian models. The voltage regulator is different, and perhaps the main wiring harness hole on your 42 is located lower on the firewall (on GI's the harness location changed somewhere late 1942). Hope this helps.
