I know that the outer fenders vary in size between the pickups and the Big Bolts but what about the inner fenders? Does anyone know which if any can be transplanted?

The fenders are the only items bigger for bigger wheels and tires.

Howdy --- I am looking for a reasonably clean & straight pair of inner fenders. If you can send a pic or two I might well be interested.
