At times, if I pull and twist and move these knobs, the vacuum wipers will move. Exactly how are these knobs supposed to work? I referred to the owner's manual and service manual and found nothing. Are the knobs to be pulled? Turned? Is one 'on and off' and the other 'speed control'? Which one is which? Left? Right? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Also, any recommendations on a good 'replacement arm and blade' are appreciated as the ones I ordered (company name omitted) are very thin and leave a lot to be desired. Thanks!

Most vendors that carry replacement carry only original style arms and blades. Don't forget to use LOTS of RAIN-X. Saw a youtube on applying it, use copious amounts rinse and repeat! | | |
