Guys trying to id this engine and here is some info, casting numbers are 3921968 and G253, stamped numbers by dist, H07730PC and bellhousing casting number is 39225505 thanks.

MSA-1 Has a selection of handbooks with casting numbers, part numbers, suffix codes and other neat info.
In fact, here's their number from one of the books: 800-600-MSA1.
