i had my 66 F*** mustang towed the other day, it would run just fine then cut out. when it stopped it would start right up again...but my problem it when the tow truck dropped off my car the reverse no longer worked.. i mean all the drives and park but no reverse.......ANY CLUE
you think it is linkage broken or deeper than that

If it was towed with the rear wheels on the ground for a long distance and higher speeds with the driveshaft still attached,it might caused some damage. The C-4 trans it has does not have a rear pump like my old galaxie and older GMs did. This is the wrong place to ask a question on a non chevy but since I also have that brand I will respond.
