I "assumed" that I could remove the long side bolt from the battery tray and remove the battery from underneath the truck - no clearance. I have to remove the floor to lift out the battery.

I had mine on the fire wall in my 52 but high enough where
it was hard to see inside , comes in handy if you need to
boost the battery, you can use the switch instead of having
to open doors, remove floor plate and such.. just a thought
