For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 1,321 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 1,321 | Attached is a photo of the front & rear bumper listed on Ebay. Claims to be OEM from a 46. Of course everything on Ebay is correct & OEM for the car/truck listed. I thought the front & rear bumpers on the 46 were the same. I have a set and both are the same. Notice the front bumper in the photo. It has a recessed design in the center. The rear bumper appears to have a huge curve to it. Question: Are these bumpers correct? Thanks for your comments. Harold

The front and rear of the 46 are supposed to be the same. I am going to buy two rechromed ones.

I also cannot open that page.
Most likely you are giving a link to a page/photo that requires you being logged into picasaweb? See if you can figure out how to obtain a publicly-viewable link to the photo.

I'm away from them so it may Monday before I can get at them. Oval bolt heads are correct and can be purchased at Chevy's of the 40's.
