The horn mounts in the intake maifold,it had two clutch head screws to hook wires to one comes from the relay,whats the other one for could it be a ground? thanks

Looking at it from the rear: the one on the left is the hot, the other is the ground.

I have mine grounded right to the bolt on the manifold.

Thats fine if your hot wire comes from a relay. Originally the second wire grounds through the horn button but a relay system is much better.
