They are very popular here and thanks to the recent warm(ish) weather many have surfaced from their winter 'slumber'.
There's also a great aftermarket parts and restoration infrastructure here as well. (hardly suprising)
Personally i'd stick with the truck but that's just me....

I owned a 57 Coupe when I was in high school and I am seriously thinking of adding one to my toy collection. I could drive the 51 Chevy pick up most of the time and the MGA on high days and holidays. I don't see a problem with having another classic toy.

I also have a Morgan which hogs the garage keeping the truck outside. That's the way I make it work. The truck does suffer a penalty, but that's the way it has to be. My garage really needs to be replaced but that keeps getting put off year by year. It has a dirt floor (covered by tarp then chipboard).
Do you have headroom for a lift? That is what I will have when I rebuild my garage.
